The goal of the position is to develop and implement a strategy for biochemical / biophysical characterization of protein drug candidates, i.e., protein characterization. Initial responsibilities will include setting up instrumentations and incorporating the new characterization paradigm in the existing biotherapeutics discovery infrastructure. The work could include protein stability analysis, structure-function relationships, protein-protein interaction kinetics and thermodynamics.
