As a Principal Scientist you will be a lead technical expert in process engineering and will spearhead new technology development and implementation in Bioprocess Development. You will be responsible for leading process development research focused on designing and optimizing fermentation processes for natural products, vaccines polysaccharides and recombinant proteins. The scope of the research includes developing improved microbial strains, media and fermentation conditions at laboratory scale and then advancing the process to the pilot scale.
