Maintains proficiency in the use of analytical tools. Identifies DSA commitments and derives TSRs to ensure hazardous and radioactive material releases are prevented or mitigated. Preparation of DSA and TSR ensuring revisions accurately reflect the facility configuration and establish the necessary controls.
