The candidate should have a Masters degree in social sciences or equivalent, experience in Social Impact Assessment and/or Resettlement Planning, an excellent understanding of the IFC Performance Standards and World Bank Guidelines, have strong project management skills, be fluent and able to work in English, and have good oral and written communication abilities. The candidate will be required to travel both domestically and internationally.
