Has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, staffing and quality control. Secure profitable new work. Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects. Actively manage client's budget, schedule and program; Company budget and schedule; project communications and documentation.
