Qualified individual should have Project and Management experience in doing all types of Healthcare Projects, Hospitals, Clinics, Medical Office buildings, Labs and Specialty Facilities; It would be helpful if the potential candidate has some programming and planning experience as well as experience in Senior Care Facilities; Ideal candidate should have knowledge of building and health codes both at the State and Federal levels as well as presentation and client maintenance skills; Candidate must have good communication skills and work well in a team environment.
