Oversee Project Control/Accounting personnel, maintaining continuous evaluation of schedule criticality and project status (including forecasting and costs). Advise Project Managers of criticality and status together with conclusions and recommendations to prevent and, if necessary, resolve issues for all projects. Integrate construction office management systems (i.e. project management, estimating, planning, scheduling, subcontracts, cost) into one inter-related function.
