Data collection/management, coordination with customer and DMCS on project cost estimation, preparation of RFP/ statements of work, assist in defining scope for projects, drafting correspondence, as well as attendance/participation in meetings. Reviews reports, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes and RFPs to determine if the requirements of the CI BL (Capital Improvement Baseline) and customers are met.
