Successful candidate will develop conceptual design, schematic design and design development, and coordinate project design assignments. Communicate effectively with clients, other team members and external agencies. Prepare design presentation materials and lead presentations to clients. Understand project goals and constraints including client values, objectives, construction and design budget limitations, schedule requirements. Participate in marketing presentations.
