Provides management oversight and technical direction to the Tuberculosis Control Assistance Program (TBCAP) in Cambodia, including work plan development and implementation, budget development and oversight; represents project with donor and national government. Main responsibilities include: Overall leadership, management and monitoring of TBCAP implementation in Cambodia; Serves as primary liaison between the TBCAP and USAID/Cambodia, the National TB Program and the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STD, related government bodies as well as local, non-governmental partners.
