Responsible for the strategy and development of improved battery materials that will meet the commercial markets objectives for our battery systems. Provide the technical direction needed to secure improvements with high performance materials that can be used in batteries. Needs to be a hands-on, self-directed individual with a proven track record of innovative work. Working in parallel with process development, product development, and implementation resources to ensure capable transfer to product.
