The Program Construction Quality Assurance Manager reports to the PCM and ensures that program elements/functions such as the procurement of good and services, contract documents, outside testing of materials, inspection and testing of installed work , start-up and turnover of facilities are accomplished in full accordance with the program plans and specifications and comply with the highest regulatory and industry standards and requirements. The PCQAM also reviews the existing QA/QC policies and procedures and provides recommendations for improvement and assists with revisions as necessary.
