The individual will be involved with investigating and resolving problems communicated from the field. The activities involved will be, but not limited to, conducting root cause analysis, creation and implementation of project plans, as well as activites for monitoring successful resolution for the identified problem. Additional responsibilities include assuring compliance with national regulatory requirements, including internal audits.
