Responsible for providing overall Contract quality administration and coordination on complex design-build and construction projects of all sizes, including mega programs or mega projects of a diverse and complex nature. Responsible for design quality management staff that verify the design and specifications are in accordance with contractual requirements. Supervises assigned field quality management and inspection staff to verify that the Contractor's activities are monitored and controlled in accordance with design specifications and contractual requirements.
