Develop & design quality strategies to support the achievement of business goals & objectives. Direct & support the quality team to meet the manufacturing requirements. Provide technical expertise in support of the development of Q.C. testing methods & material specifications. Conduct & maintain stability programs for new & prospective products. Ensure training is identified, developed & conducted for quality control staff. Collaborate with Director in the development & adherence of the annual budgets.
