Being responsible for management of employees in the areas which includes the selection, training, motivation, and development of staff. Prepares performance appraisals and recommends salary adjustments. Developing and directing implementation of standards and systems to enhance quality, consistency, efficiency, and timeliness of responsibilities in the Metro Region, working with Information Services to deploy appropriate computerized access systems.
