The candidate will be part of the top management at the Research Center and will help developing a positive and engaged work environment for all employees located in Salinas. The Research Scientist will oversee the day a to day operation, ensuring that all crops are receiving proper attention to reach the established goals for each functional project. And will also lead and promote creating a safe work environment in agronomy, and will develop and maintain safe field procedures to be included in the Research Management system.
