We are a commercial real estate seeking a seasoned, deal sophisticated Development Manager with office, retail, and industrial development. You will manage our entire process: obtaining approvals and entitlements, hiring subcontractors (including architects, engineers, general contractors), manage the financing piece, oversee the construction process, leasing (hiring brokers but also actively assisting and managing this piece).
