Develop and manage partnerships; closely work with global and country business, clinical, and regulatory teams in clinical trials, product registration, and marketing activities; establish and maintain relationships with academic and industrial leaders; identify early and late stage product opportunities and unique R&D resources; establish a R&D laboratory/center in China.
