This individual will provide technical air quality services to our clients. There services may include: developing regional emission inventories, identifying air quality impacts for EAs and EIS, quantifying emissions from point and construction sources, identifying permit and regulatory requirements for sources, completing permit applications, negotiating with regulatory agencies regarding the permit limits, and developing strategies and approaches to meet permit limits.
