Management and administration of project policies, procedures and rules, craft and staff hiring and manloading, wages and salary administration, safety incentives, attendance incentives, project discipline, responsibilities and performance of lower tier managers, accountability and recognition programs, labor relations, and craft and staff retention. Manage and coordinate the inter-relational activities of the Unit Managers.
