This position will provide services to internal and external clients including construction planning, constructability reviews, value engineering, estimating, scheduling, drawing and specification conformance reviews, etc., primarily for heavy civil construction related to water resource projects. The selected applicant will be accountable for applying diversified knowledge of construction engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields, solving construction engineering problems, resolving questions, and planning and coordinating his/her work.
