Directly involved with and responsible for project management design, certification, and client relations for aviation projects in the Minneapolis Regional Office. Prepare proposals for potential projects with assistance of the Marketing Department. Makes recommendations for the evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
