You will have management responsibility for organizing, planning and directing the department that is responsible for the design and development of mechanical and microelectronics hardware that is essential to the creation of leading Pacemaker and ICD products. Recommends, interprets and implements corporate, division or organizationally specific policies and procedures to accomplish assignments and resolves a broad range of issues and problems; ensures employee compliance with such policies, practices and procedures.
