Develop training documents that demonstrate the procedures for a manufacturing process on specialized products within the railroad and transit market. Client's final goal in training is to allow for cross assignment utilization of factory team within the full manufacturing process. Training programs will utilize Power Point and other training packages for the generation of the teacher guide and student guide documents.
