This position manages the field construction of the company's largest capital projects, executing the work in a zero accident/incident environment. The project level assigned to this position are major and complex facility revamp construction projects and can involve the oversight over several concurrent projects within a facility or multiple facilities. Projects managed can in some cases represent a major portion of a facility's capital project spending. Enforces compliance with all HES regulations and requirements. Manages construction schedules, craft productivity.
