Provides overall direction for building operations for properties leased by the company. Manages and oversees all landlord and subtenant relationships. Negotiates with building owners, landlords, property managers, and subtenants regarding all aspects of leases and subleases. Negotiates with landlords to extend/revise leases, early terminate leases and close out sites. Monitors return of security deposits and discontinue rent payments. Works with finance and primary vendors and brokers to sublease restructure sites.
