Serve as primary contact for multiple projects, including those with gross engineering and design fees in excess of $5,000,000 (Mega Projects) for Class I and Regional Railroads. Have full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating contract extras, cost control, staffing and quality control. Champion the pursuit of large and/or complex design projects. This includes developing proposals, establishing teaming relationships with other consultants, and engaging key Company personnel with the client.
