Develop and align North American flour technology program with internal/external partners (manufacturing, R&D/Q, suppliers, etc.) to leverage resources against successful and timely delivery of Business Unit strategic objectives. Develop flour ingredient specifications, testing methodologies, quality protocols and troubleshooting guides. Support new-crop changeover and alternate flour testing.
