This position requires 10 years minimum experience in all aspects of traffic engineering (traffic impact assessments, signal design, operations and signing) on public and private sector projects. Massachusetts P.E. license, strong management and communication skills, knowledge of Massachusetts policies and procedures, and experience in public participation are required. PTOE desirable. Typical project assignments would include signal design, traffic impact studies, peer review of transportation projects and transportation planning.
