Responsibilities include leading the development of Feasibility Studies for Major Capital Projects, identifying and justifying future projects for the Capital Long Range Plan, preparing comparative analysis of alternate solutions and preparing risk analysis. Other key responsibilities include preparing Concept and Funding approval presentations to Senior Management working with Project Management through Conceptual Design to assure program and design consistency with corporate and departmental needs and partnering with Corporate Financial Planning to maintain alignment with the Corporate business plan.
