From inception to initial public offering or global product launch, our professionals have comprehensive experience in: customer channel strategy, merger and acquisitions, clinical trials, supply chain optimization, investment prioritization, commercialization strategy, financial and performance management, R&D regulatory requirements, operations excellence, IT strategy, CRM and more. Extensive domestic travel to client locations is required.
