Minimum of 7 years experience (healthcare and science R &D background preferred) in providing overall leadership of on-site activities including supervision of all construction operations, subcontractors and other construction related personnel. This includes ensuring a safe work place and directing the execution of work in accordance with the project schedule, budget and quality goals.
