Candidate should have strong working knowledge in the areas of civil and environmental engineering such as stormwater drainage, mining reclamation, liner and cap design, contaminated site investigation and remediation, water and waste water treatment. Must be capable of providing technical direction to staff. Must have the ability to work closely with design team in fully developing designs, project drawings, and specifications. Candidate should also have the ability to develop and evaluate alternatives for complex assignments. Proven ability to manage and coordinate local project teams.
