The position oversees, monitors, evaluates and provides guidance to staff who schedule and provide specialty services to inmate/patients; clinical nursing staff and providers, and serves on various standing and professional committees. The SRNII plans, assigns and directs the work of the nursing staff including registered nurses, and licensed vocational nurses, and assigned non-licensed staff.
