The Traffic Operations / Design Engineer will provide senior-level traffic operations and traffic design expertise on major transportation projects. Active and future projects will include freeway traffic management systems, arterial signal control systems, traffic management center operations, incident management systems and transportation infrastructure improvements. The successful candidate will have technical experience in some or all of these areas, and be able to actively manage scope, schedule, budget, communications, documentation and overall client programs.
