The VP, Statistical Consulting extends beyond the technical and operational aspects of many customary Biostatisticians. The VP will have to up to five direct reports, and will also be responsible for creating and implementing an internship program. This program will rotate another three and four Statisticians (internal or external) through the Strategic Business Unit in a given year. This will require the vision, creation and execution of this new agenda.
