Direct implementation & compliance with Stds of Nursing that promote optimum health care delivery. Consult and advise the President on issues relating to the health system operation. Recommend changes in policy, facilities, equipment, & programs in order to achieve the objectives. Direct, supervise, and coordinate inpatient and outpatient operations of Nursing, ED, Surgical Services, Infection Control, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation Services, Respiratory Therapy and Patient Case Management.
