The Director of Professional Services is responsible for directing all aspects of our deployment of services to our customers in accordance with the company's strategic goals. This person will be accountable for absolute customer satisfaction, providing sound guidance, and schedule and priority management to the field engineering staff in an effort to produce high quality (best in class), efficient, and profitable product installations.
