The CNO, directs, coordinates, and manages the activities of the hospital on a daily basis, providing executive leadership to ensure goals are achieved on a timely basis and remains consistent with established goals and objectives. Participates in development of policies, procedures, short and long range goals and objectives, capital and departmental budgets, community and physician relations, and ensures successful achievement of hospital/departmental operations.
