This position will work with existing water and wastewater staff to establish and grow our presence in the the watershed management/water resources markets. Project work in these markets could include conducting planning, pre-design, and design activities in the following areas: watershed management/planning, flood control, drainage, site/civil engineering, wetlands, habitat restoration, stormwater quality, conveyance systems, water resources planning, and other water related areas.
