The candidate must be experienced in the planning, detailed design, and construction of municipal water/wastewater treatment and conveyance facilities. The individual will be the leader of and manager of project teams, and will be expected to lead and manage client interactions. The position requires good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate as necessary to effectively lead and work with clients and internal staff.
